At SofariFoods, we believe cassava is more than just a root crop — it’s a national treasure, with the power to feed families, create jobs, reduce agro-waste, and strengthen food security.
Through our cassava flour, cassava starch powder, and cornmeal poundo, we are already contributing to the transformation of raw produce into shelf-stable, affordable, and nutritious food products for Nigerian households and beyond.
Our team captured moments of inspiration, collaboration, and shared commitment during the event. From engaging panel discussions to behind-the-scenes snapshots, this day reminded us of the incredible potential rooted in every cassava stem.
Cassava is Nigeria’s natural happy food, but more than that — it is a strategic crop for achieving food sufficiency, empowering rural economies, and unlocking export potential.
At SofariFoods, we remain committed to being part of this journey — from farm to table, and now from farm to global markets.
