Corporate Sustainability Project 2025

SofariFoods is proud to unveil the Corporate Sustainable Project 2025, a two-day transformational initiative focused on strengthening Women Economic Empowerment through sustainable value addition, responsible consumption, and improved production of Nigeria’s root crops.

Taking place on 8th–9th December 2025 (9AM daily) at the SofariFoods Factory, Off Yakubu Gowon Way, Jos.

This project brings together women in the community of Jos Plateau state where we operate.

Anchored by the National Root Crops Research Institute (NRCRI), Umudike, the event will spotlight practical pathways for empowering women across the community and help them become food entrepreneurs.

Through practical sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and strategic collaborations, we aim to build a more inclusive Food Ecosystem that supports sustainable production, reduces post-harvest losses, enhances value addition, and expands income opportunities for Women in Agriculture.
